I was born in Cuba, raised in Puerto Rico, lived in Texas and I have been a Florida resident for the last 12 years. Happily married to the love of my life, Rev. Robert Soba, Sr. and together we have five grown up children (Jeany, Xuxa, Bobby, Sean, and Kevin) and three grandchildren (Anaya, Emmanuel and Jalissa).
I have a BS in Science with a concentration in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico and taught Middle School Science for 14 years. I also have a Masters in Christian Ministries with a concentration in Discipleship and I’m currently studying my second Master’s degree in Divinity. I am a Certified Church-Planting Mentor and have ministerial experience in missions, evangelism, and youth groups.
My passion is the mission field and preaching about Christ while encouraging people to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19).
There is nothing better than a walk on the beach, but I also love to cook, walking in the park while enjoying God’s creation, a good movie on a rainy day and photography.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
I have been a Senior Pastor of various churches since 2020 and now I am embracing a new journey as the new Senior Pastor of Christ at the Crossroads in Lehigh Acres, FL.
I am so excited and looking forward to continuing God’s work with this amazing congregation.

My husband and I moved from Annapolis, MD in 2015 to Lehigh Acres, Florida.
We are enjoying our life here in sunny Florida, but still missing family and friends, but I know God had other plans for us.
We have not been in Florida that long when my husband needed heart surgery. All alone, my world was falling apart until I walk in that big white Church. My world was going to be alright; God heard my prayers.
My husband made a fast and full recovery. God heard me and I thank God every day. I showed up for work every day. I still miss family and friends up home, but I have a wonderful church family.
God has blessed us and our family in so many ways, never lose that faith. So, I am always here at church and loving my little clean job and probably praying about something or someone. Never give up, He hears you!
